Role Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Agent & Automation Specialist to join our team at Making Science | Sweeft. This role is ideal for someone passionate about intelligent automation and capable of building multi-agent systems to optimize enterprise workflows. You will work with cutting-edge frameworks and tools to create scalable, context-aware AI systems integrated with business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent automation systems, with a focus on multi-agent architecture
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning through multi-step business tasks
• Implement memory and context management for long-term, stateful conversations
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise tools, APIs, and internal platforms
• Develop orchestration systems that coordinate agent collaboration and task delegation
• Create natural language interfaces for AI-powered business applications
• Continuously improve agent performance through testing, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and conversational AI technologies

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Python development with async programming skills
• Proficiency in LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices
• Experience with Google Apps Script and Google Cloud-based AI tools
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Working knowledge of email APIs, automation tools (Zapier, n8n), and Relevance AI
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
